These Terms of Use apply to all mobile apps published by NajStudio (the "Apps"). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some Apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your device's Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to disrupt their operation, reverse-engineer them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Content & Accuracy Disclaimer

Where an App provides reference information such as values, calculators, codes, or guides related to a third-party game, this content is provided for general informational purposes only. It may not always be complete, current, or fully accurate, and should not be relied upon as authoritative. Our Apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of the games they reference; all trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and functionality within our Apps are owned by Giz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any App, or your access to it, at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of any of our Apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
